In 2023, Member of Parliament Abdinasir Qodax partnered with Solargen Technologies to address lighting needs in Gashaanka Village, located in the Salaxley District of the Howd Region in Somaliland. The project involved installing lighting infrastructure consisting of 9 poles, each equipped with 200W solar panels.
